Event Planning

• 1 hour Initial Appointment

• Three 1 hour check in appointments 

• 30 day out appointment  - create timeline, finalize details, and tie up loose ends.

• 1 hour Rehearsal (if applicable)

• Day of Coordination (8 hours)

  • setup ceremony & reception site (if different)

  • vendor check-in

  • assist with ceremony & kick your event off

  • $40 per hour for each additional hour over 8 hours.

 

Design

• Work with our designer to develop designs for

  • customized invitations

    • Save the Date

    • Invitation​

    • R.S.V.P. & event information

  • Printing & Envelopes are additional cost (not included)

 

Photography

• 2 Photographers for day of wedding

  • Lead photographer for 10 hours​

  • Assistant photographer for 5 hours

  • $40 per hour for each additional hour over 10 hours.

• Photo edits

• Digital copies of all photos

• FREE 11"x14" Photo Canvas

• FREE* mini engagement session (*subject to travel time)

  • 30 minute shoot

  • 5 edited photos
